Our refund policy

At ProPhoto, our goal is to create professional portraits that you will love. If, for any reason, the result does not meet your expectations, we are committed to making it right.

As with a studio photo shoot, you can expect a few really great portraits, but it's unlikely that they will all be perfect. However, if we fail to generate even a few good portraits, we will refund you — ONLY IF :

• You have uploaded photos that comply with the guidelines.
• You haven't uploaded any portrait.
• You contact us within 3 days of the availability of your portraits.

The photos you upload are the most important element for getting good results. We'll guide you during the upload, but it's essential that you understand and carefully follow the instructions.

We are committed to providing you with quality portraits. If necessary, we will make another attempt at generation. And if, despite that, the result remains unsatisfactory, we will proceed with a refund.
